A strong candidate for the best tank of the second world war (one-on-one), the Pz V Panther was a mainstay of the German forces during the second half of the war. Eccentrically, the main Panther models were not designated in alphabetical order, instead running D, A, and G.

This 1/35 scale model kit from Takom represents a mid-early production A model: the letterbox hull machine gun slot has been replaced with the later ball mount, whilst the driver's hatch in the glacis is still present.
