Is Andy's Hobby HQ Canada the same as the other Andy's sites?
The three (at present) Andy's Hobby HQ sites - Canada, US, and EU - are sister sites; Andy and his vision of inspiring new modellers and motivating those who currently build or have built in the past to continue the journey are consistent, but each site is optimised for the needs of the customers in each distinct region.
The three sites are not connected directly, so an account on one cannot be used on another; orders on the three sites are not interchangeable either.
Where does Andy's Hobby HQ Canada ship to?
Andy's Hobby HQ Canada ships anywhere in Canada, for only $9.99, no matter the size of the order. There's more on the Shipping & Returns page.
Which currency is Andy's Hobby HQ using?
All prices and suchlike on the site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Where does Andy's Hobby HQ ship from?
Our shipping centre is in the GTA, not far from Toronto's main airport - all our orders are sent from there.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
In-stock items are despatched within two business days, and most are sent the next business day. After that, it depends very much on where you live (and - given this is Canada - sometimes on the weather, forest fires, bears etc!), and the courier. All orders should include tracking information, so you can keep an eye on where your order is.

What is a Pre-Order?
Some of the industry's most anticipated model kits are available for pre-order; you can be amongst the first to get your hands on these new releases as soon as they become available! Pre-order products are clearly identified with bright banners across the main product image, and elsewhere.
Approximate release dates are indicated on each product, but please note that these are very approximate, and can change!
If you want to place a pre-order, place the product in your cart, and checkout exactly as you would with any other; we'll ship the product out to you as soon as we get it into the warehouse, after which regular order timelines apply.
Can you deliver on specific days of the week?
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.
Can you get the specific product I want?
Andy's Hobby HQ Canada already includes several thousand products, and the range continues to grow every week. However, if you can't find a particular product that you're after, please do Contact Us - we're always keen to hear about things that our customers would like us to stock. We already include several products on the site that were suggested by our customers!
